1. Support channels
For sales, onboarding, and account questions, contact sales@sendchat.in. Include your business name and any order or campaign reference.
2. Response times
We target an initial response within one business day for standard enquiries. Complex technical or campaign issues may require longer coordination with your account contact.
3. Scope of support
Support covers:
- Access to the SendChat platform and agreed deliverables.
- Clarification on campaign setup and reporting as per your plan.
- Bug reports and service incidents on our side.
Support does not include:
- Custom development unless contracted separately.
- Third-party tools (e.g. your CRM or ad accounts) beyond integration docs.
- Legal or compliance advice — consult your own counsel where needed.
4. Severity & incidents
For widespread outages we will use reasonable efforts to post updates and restore service. SLA details, if any, are defined in your enterprise agreement.
