1. Campaign & subscription services
Refund and cancellation terms for paid campaigns or subscriptions are set out in your order confirmation, statement of work, or checkout terms at the time of purchase. Where not otherwise specified:
- Cancellation before start: If you cancel before we begin deliverables described in your order, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund minus any third-party costs already incurred.
- After campaign start: Fees for work already performed or messages already committed are generally non-refundable.
- Service failure: If we materially fail to deliver agreed services through no fault of yours, we will work with you on a credit or refund for the affected portion.
2. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email sales@sendchat.in with your account or order reference. We aim to respond within five business days.
3. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may affect continued access to services.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights in your country (including cooling-off periods where mandatory law applies).
